As well as fruit extracts (which have some antioxidant properties), this eye cream contains hyaluronic acid and peptides, which can help renew the skin and potentially even make it look younger. I really like the texture of this eye cream; though it's a true cream, it isn't thick or too rich and doesn't feel greasy or overwhelming on my eye area. Whilst nothing is ever really going to budge my dark circles (thanks, hyperpigmentation) I do think this eye cream helps depuff my eyes and provides a good amount of moisture, so I look a little less tired. I've actually used this both in the morning and at night, and it works for me either way.

I'd been meaning to try theLano Face Base Vitamin E Day Cream|£20 | and the overnight mask from the same collection since last year, but only ended up getting them both quite recently. The packaging is really cute and I like the price-point; it's not exactly cheap but definitely not expensive either. I actually used to apply the Everything Cream from this brand to my face when travelling, so I had a hunch I might enjoy this. It's good for normal-to-dry skin types, I'd say, though if you're normal / combination, you could still use this during the colder months. This moisturiser is formulated with Lano's signature ingredient: lanolin, which is derived from sheep wool (so unfortunately isn't vegan) and makes a very effective moisturiser. Alongside this, the moisturiser contains sweet almond oil and shea butter, to up the nourishment factor, Vitamin E to protect and calm the skin and soothing oat. There is some fragrance in the formula, though, I do have to warn you. What I love about this moisturiser is really the texture; it's intensely nourishing without feeling like a thick layer on top of your skin or leaving a greasy residue and it's amazing at softening and smoothing the skin.
